What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal means that, based on legal authorization, you may unilaterally cancel a contract concluded online and—if you return the product—request a refund of the amount you paid from the merchant. This right compensates for the fact that, before purchase, you had no opportunity to inspect and try the product, and that prior to purchase you can rely only on information provided unilaterally by the seller.
